Need a replacement center channel dash speaker

I need a new center dash speaker for a 2010 fusion with the sony audio.
Dash cutout is 3.125', bolt patter is corner/corner 2 bolts, 4" center to center. speaker is a 25W 8ohm, and has a capacitor? or ? attached to it that says (M) 8.5* C, below that it says O (2) below that it says 4A. Can anyone recommend a replacement? Do I need to replace the filter/capacitor/block on the new speaker?
