Do not buy the cheapest. Some vendors clearly skimp on wire thickness. I have heard of $25 4awg kit that comes with a 60amp fuse, which is roughly half of current that a real 4awg wire is capable of.
If you want to get the best, head over to Amp Installation Kits, HDMI Cables and build a "kit" by buying the 4awg wire of the necessary length, fuse holder, ground wire if you need different color, terminals, remote turn on wire, etc.
If you want an assembled kit, take a look at Street Wires ZN5K-04 or ZN3K-04 kits, all of which come with a 150 amp fuse. Price is about $45-65 online.
