hey guys i just got my new Zapco amp in the mail. i set it up and everything and when i went to test it out it didnt turn on. everything is connected. no blown fuses. no missing wires. nothing. it came with the symbilink to rca converter which is hooked up to my head unit then connected to the symbilink cable which is then connected to the amp. any idea?

the remote wire is running from my head unit to the trunk and is spliced into 2. 1 going to the subamp (which turns on) and the other goes to the zapco.
