Hello all. I've been into car audio for a couple of years now.
I have grown tired of the harsh tweets and lack of midbass from my JL Audio XR650-CSi components. When I asked for guidance on caraudioforum I was told:
I like silky smooth tweets and lots of midbass. But I also like quality, all the way. To give an idea what kind of quality, I was looking into 165K2Ps and Dynaudio, which have harsh tweets or weak midbass respectively and are just downright expensive.
Any advice on how to get started and what brands I should be looking into?
Also a few other little things that I dont know:
What kind of crossovers I need to look for or where I could find them?
And how do the impedences work to distribute power accordingly to the drivers when using a crossover?
Thanks for all help.

So now I am here. I have 300-350 to spend and 125 watts x 2 on tap. My doors are deadened and eggcrate foamed.nauc from CAF said:
