Default Scanspeak 15W/4524T-02 woofer+ D2604/8320-02 tweeter ?

Hello guys.

I am about to get these for a 2way active setup using a Audison bit ten.

Scanspeak 15W/4524T-02 woofer
Scanspeak D2604/8320-02 tweeter

(Sorry, can't post with link)

Seems a good deal to me. Woofer will be in doors, tweeter in A-pillar.

Anyone have experience with these or similar ?

Thanks

I think you have a winning combo there, I loved that woofer awhile back when I heard it.

"you will need to use all 31 bands on the eq, qualifying a speaker as better cause you feel it needs lesser eq just means you're not listening closely enough."

They will go in a 2010 civic, powered by a Focal FPD900.6.

Do you guys think the woofers will work in a car door or they should be in an enclosure ?

2010 civic.. why use a 5" when you can fit a 6.5 no problem?

Well... I want to try a Scanspeak woofer, the larger size is 180mm (7") and I am not sure it will fit.

I am also tempted to try a smaller woofer to get a better response a high frequency. Maybe it's useless since the tweeters can get pretty low

Well, your right about it being useless, but you should check to see what you can do to make them fit
