Definitely not the output that boss claims. Probably half that. Look at that board though!

My brother had one of those same Boss amps completely filled with blood. The whole casing. Calls me and says my system quit can you take a look at? I pop the drunk and there is blood all over everything. I'm like did you put a deer in here? He says yeah, I didn't even gut it. SMH. So I open it up and can't even see the board. I drain, clean, and let it dry. Fired it up and it worked perfect for years. I kept it as a backup after he upgraded. I figured if it went through that and kept going how could I just throw it out? So yeah these are well built amps.

Just because I have 2000+ posts doesn't mean I have learned anything.

I remember Steve Mantz had a surplus of these amps that he was posting for sale at insane low prices.. it is his design I believe. He made these for Boss in the mid 90's and had a handful left. He listed these amps on his website with a few left in inventory... these, 2 channel amps of the same series and another design labeled under BOSS as well- the "CLR's".. that is a ZED amp design... it could be copied by BOSS.. a clone.

This seller had a bunch :
