it has a 11x19 inch bed. if it can fit in there, it can do it. It still wont be able to do the outer circle for the size he needs

I was thinking about gluing this together... is the material thick enough to drill or router a small slot on the backside of the pieces where they attach to each other? Then u could glue in a small piece of dowel rod, which would make for much stronger joints than just butt joints.
