Default Helix C-DSP Car off powering Amps ?

Hey so just finished wiring up my Helix C-DSP and having an issue with the small plastic connector or the DSP itself. When i have the wires out REM IN/OUT i can touch the wires together and no power will go to the amps with the car off, But if i plug them into the small plastic connector and then into the DSP both amps will turn on even tho the car is off.
If the car is on and I touch the 2 REM wires together the amps will go on.

I have pulled it apart and re wired it 2 times with the same problem.

Car is a 91 bmw 8 series.
No i am not using High level Inputs.

The C-DSP is wired directly to the battery via the 12+ Connection and to the factory grounding Point.

I just tried running it with no Ground Cable connected to the C-DSP and strangely enough it still powered on the amps when the car is off.

The Amplifiers are Wired to a Distro Block and then to the + Connection of the Opposite Battery (Car has 2 One per side of the Trunk) and, The Negatives are wired to the Factory ground which i striped and sanded down for a clean connection.

I'm truly at a loss for why its doing this.
