Default Blown Fuse?

I’ve been working on installing an MS 8 into my jaguar XE. Kept going over ground issues then I finally checked my main fuse on the positive out. Is this burnt? I think it is...

Took it out of the fuse holder and checked it. Definitely burned out. Off to replace tomorrow!

My original question was an attempt to verify the state of the fuse in question. I updated it once I felt I had determined the answer.

Especially with smaller fuses, they can be blown and hard to see that it is in fact blown.
The multimeter is then pretty handy in those cases.

The fuse pictured was definitely blown. I replaced it and got main positive power back. I'm still hurting, however, because my REM power wire is dead. I'll be needing to check fuses with the multimeter from the fuse box to see what else may have blown.
