I don't want to waste my time using my existing equipment only to have it be a half-assed build. I want to know what i need to upgrade and if i even need to upgrade existing equipment.
This is going in a Tacoma Dual Cab. I have the GB10, GB25, and GB60 sitting in boxes waiting to be installed but I want to do it right. GB10 in sails, GB25 in pods on A pillar, and GB60s in front doors. I currently have:
HU: Alpine Halo9 ILX-F309
JL Audio RD400/4
Phoenix Gold RX2 750.5
JL Audio twk88
JL Audio Jl audio 10" powerwedge+ subwoofer
I can have the PG power the 10s and 25s and bridge the JL Audio for the GB60s. Are these amps going to serve me well? Would i see a big difference from replacing these amps to a "good" 6 channel or 2+4 channel?
Is the TWK88 going to serve me well with these front three? Can it make these speakers be all they can be?
I don't want to spend money if i don't have to, but I have gone this far down the rabbit hole, I don't want to have any regrets.
