Default Anyone using a CSS SDX12 sub??

I'd never heard of them until I stumbled upon one on Parts Express... Looks like it could perform really well and in a tiny enclosure at that.

Anyone have any experience with these in a car?

Ironically, I'm eyeballing the SDX10 and their passive radiators for the truck. Not sure I can fit that mounting depth though... but still. BEASTLY subwoofers!

I have one in my HT and love it. Do a search here, i know others have used them in the past in cars. Always saw good results. Seems they are power hungry though.

Definitely a good looking sub, too.

I ran 1 in my car...and 1 in my HT years ago when they sold for $350 shipped for a pair.

its a nice sub for sure..worked well in both uses. small sealed box for car and home.

I just found that it was too heavy to make sense in my car, and I craved a bigger driver for my HT. So i sold both.

I used one with a zapco 1k and it was cool in a sealed box (1.3). Very transparent, but it didn't have the impact I wanted. Waay to heavy like miniSQ said. The diamond tdx 10 in a ported enclosure is louder in my hatchback. Very power-hungry. Probably want it in ported too.
