Default LOC Help

Hello,
I'm trying to install an amp and some subs on my 2018 Buick Encore Base Model and I just hooked up the Low Input Coverter and i can not get it to work. I get no voltage on my remote wire. I have it hooked up the inputs to my factory amp, this way I do not have to run another wire all over the car.

What kind of loc? Iím using a Scosche and to use the remote turn on, it requires power and ground to the loc. Are there any wires on the loc that arenít hooked up?

It is a pac pro 2 channel with remote turn-on. I have power and ground to the unit, I tapped into the power and ground going into factory amp and verified it was 12v with multi meter.
