Hey Eric, I don't know if you will remember me, but I was a small dealer and comp car in West Virginia. Matt and you both set me up with the first trial run on the ID MAX when it came out. I had been trying to track you guys down in the past to see what is new. I called one day when ID was going down and poof every one was gone.
I'm looking for a pair of Horns and speakers to fit in my new F150 I have ordered. If you have a phone # or email you would prefer I contact you with it would be nice to catch up. [email protected]

    Thanks in advance

Really and truly just want'd to say thanks,I know it's a bit late now but really Eric thanks! I have had my Image Dynamics tweets, horns, IDQ 8s & 6 1/2s, IDQ 31s, & 4 IDQ12 V.3s in my various vehicles as long as I can imagine, and they have always sounded PERFECT!! Thank you for that.

I've actually been having ID products in my vehicle since I bought my first pair of IDWs I put in my Sebring(free-air w/ grill cloth!)sometime around '96-98 possibly; SO CLEAN!!

But through almost all that time I've had my horns; I know they weren't the full "top-of-the-line" offered, but I still love them dearly! My question is, are you working on anything that could fit them/give the type of response they delivered? And if not is there anything I could find to have something similar? One of them has finally gone out after atleast 10+ years btw. If not I am deeply saddened that I cannot find the very high quality that ID was able to provide me with for all those years!

Would their be a noticible difference using an 8ohm 18 Sound 8M400 midrange driver coupled with a pair of Ultra Pro HLCDs instead of a 4ohm 8" driver? Would this be a recommended combination based on each type of speakers design specs? Desired goal is a very powerful front stage with an emphasis on sharp piercing vocals. Approx 100X2 @ 4ohm into HLCDs; 300X2 @ 4ohm bridged into mids, not sure what that would amount to with an 8ohm driver. What are your thoughts on this set up?

Best 8 inch would be 18sound or B &C if no budget concerns, for a really good budget driver the Silver Flute through Madisound works ver well.

18 Sound 8M400 8" High Output Midrange Speaker
    250W AES, 650W Peak, 8 Ohm
    2" Voice Coil
    100.5 dB Sensitivity
    120-6100 Hz Frequency Range
