Angry Pioneer Brain Ache

Hi Guys I need help if you can all send me a tenner....lol no I have just fitted a pioneer stereo into a caravan it plays cds which tells me neg and pos and speaker wires all connected correctly however when I try to tune the radio in it turns itself off almost as if its shorting out the unit is a pioneer m e p 1300 so if the is a budding audio enthusiast out there that can solve my brain ache it would be appreciated many thanks Mark

Sounds like the antenna is grounding out somewhere, I would look at that first. And as always, Welcome to the forums!
