I haven't used, but really like the NVX silicone baffle (they're what I plan on using). It protects from the elements, seals/decouples the speaker to/from the door, and protrudes from the speaker to the door panel, which can be cut shorter if needed. It does all three functions you'd want, at a lower price than some other options.

If you just want some closed cell foam to go around a speaker, this M-D Building Products 3/4 in. x 10 ft. Black Sponge Rubber Foam Weatherstrip Tape-06593 - The Home Depot would work just as good for a lot less probably.

I use that ccf weatherstripping from Home Depot quite a bit. I use it in small trouble areas for decoupling, and ill use it on my door panel behind wires so they can't vibrate against the metal or plastic. I've been thinking that they wouldn't like to bend sideways much as far as wrapping around a driver and sticking well but I just took a look my stash of the 1/2" stuff and it bends pretty dang good. I'll be switching out the front components in my Jeep soon so I'll try it.
