I haven't used, but really like the NVX silicone baffle (they're what I plan on using). It protects from the elements, seals/decouples the speaker to/from the door, and protrudes from the speaker to the door panel, which can be cut shorter if needed. It does all three functions you'd want, at a lower price than some other options.
If you just want some closed cell foam to go around a speaker, this M-D Building Products 3/4 in. x 10 ft. Black Sponge Rubber Foam Weatherstrip Tape-06593 - The Home Depot would work just as good for a lot less probably.
