The doors actually do not look that bad, they are pretty well sealed
already.

Went ahead bought 2 damplifier pro door packs.

Tim went built me some new rings, we threw some PE speaker tape
on each side.

Cut holes in the a-pillars for the SEAS 27 fabric tweeters

Batcap 2000 and 1/0 run installed, I know, the Power distro is hooked up
wrong, it's only temporary. More to come.

That's a deflex pad and eggcrate foam and internal deadening in each door.
A-pillars are deadened too.

I just got an 05 and I am wondering what size speakers those doors can hold and what is the depth?

How thick was your speaker ring?

It's Lowes 3/4" birch, which is just under 3/4" . Those are 6" speakers, but with rings you should
be able to do 7's.

The depth I'm not 100% sure on, but I needed the rings to make it and
the morels are only like 2.4" deep. It's the glass really, if I did not mind the window
not lowering all the way, the depth would no problem.

Thanks everyone! I received my Audison Lrx-4.300; so after I install
it I'm done! I bench tested it and it works fine! It will replace the Hifonics
Taurus X amp on my back seat. Everything else is done except hiding wires,
which may never happen lol.

How do the golf balls sound when they are bouncing off your house? A friend of mine had to move off a course because he couldn't take **** hitting his house anymore...that would drive me insane, and my kid wouldn't be able to play in the back yard without fear of getting beaned in the head

We're like over a hill from the green and between the green and tee-off area.
I get a couple of balls a year in my yard, I've never heard one hit the house
and I work from home.

I don't let my kids in the grass to much anyways; the dogs **** back there
and we rarely pick it up LOL.
