Hi,
I have a little experience installing car audio but I would like to try and install my new system. I am pretty mechanically inclined but was hoping to get some feedback from members who have installed their systems. Am I crazy to try and install this myself? Below is what i am thinking about purchasing, any and all feedback is appreciated!!

Current system-
JBL and Id like to keep the head unit

Proposed system-
Audison Bit Ten
JL Audio XD1000/5v2
JL Audio 10TW3-D4
JL Audio C3-600 or Rockford Fosgate Power T1675-S (Thoughts?)
Sound Deadening on doors and back wall (Should I also do the floor?)

Can anyone recommend a box? I don't want to spend the time making one. (Fox and tech both seem to have mixed reviews)

As far as the box goes, I got one of these for my Tundra as a temp box while I built a better one and it sounds so good I left it.

I have it loaded with a couple of Alpine SWR-T12's.

Lately I have been very impressed with the NVX amps, I have the monoblock on sub duty and I really like it.

The above box will only fit a double cab. The new crewmax is different than the older ones just because the seat does not flip forward anymore. Really need to take the seat out and just have a box built behind it. I have had a tech12volt box in a 08 tundra and a fox in my 14 ram. I think the tech12volt box is better constructed, but they both are fine.
