How are you liking those MP's. any drawbacks/regrets? What did you run before as midrange vs. the MP's you have now?

Thanks
Ricky

I'm liking it a lot :D
The lower midr is clear until around 250Hz, and the upper midr is also awesome. Needs a tweeter though :)

I've used Vifa MG10, TG9 and Fountek FR89.

For 3" midrange around $200, this MP5.8 sounds good.
Another good one is L3SE but also more expensive. And there's the Esotar2...

F6 has a very good sound between 100-800Hz.
In car i installed it in door panel (without any box, aperiodic membrane, etc) - i think it makes the lower bass 60-80 not so powerful as other midbass.

I've another pair and use it in my DIY DSP active speaker. Enclosure volume is around 17L vented, and F6 makes 50-100Hz effortlessly.

That is an excellent sounding car!
Great work. I appreciate you taking the time to put it up here.
Thanks Bro :)
Tweaked a bit of low bass recently, but my internal handycam mic seems unable to pick it.... I'll post new one when i have an external mic.
