Had a 5 channel amp installed to my 2012 chevy avalanche ltz with bose and navigation by best buy. After install , headunit volume turned down to zero and still had music, talking, etc coming from speakers. Also lost all volume to navigation, backup sensors, and all chimes and warning dings. Does anyone have any idea of what's going on? SN- I had the same amp installed in my 2008 Chevy avalanche LTZ with Bose and navigation with no problem by best buy(different location) until totaled out earlier this year!
