6.5 or 6x9 HAT Imagines in rear door? MS-8 Logic7

I am finally down to my last few decisions on my system build. I have decided to get three HAT Legatia L3SE for the dash locations and a pair of L6SE for the front doors. This is for an MS-8 Logic7 setup in a crew cab Ram.

I already own a pair of both HAT Imagine 6.5's and 6x9's which I will try in the rear doors. Should I use the 6.5 or 6x9? I'll be sending 100watts, same as the front doors and dash. It is my understanding that I'll get more mid bass with the 6x9, but is it marginal? Or is it better to go with the 6.5 mounted component with the tweeter and woofer in the 6x9 hole?
