A/D/S 300i speakers?

I use to have a set of ADS 300i plate speakers and a pair of 7" ADS woofers in an ADS box. They were my favorite setup. But i sold them a couple of years ago. Has anyone heard those and what would be a DIY setup that would sound like them?
