Alpine HU (W205/W505) Optical help
I'm in the process of finding a suitable processor after I purchase the W505, the problem is connecting it optically to the H701 as I will primarily be using an Ipod connected via USB.
As far as I’m aware only the CD/DVD source on the W505 will spit out an optical signal, all other sources(Tuner, Ipod, Navi, USB etc…) come out via the Ai-Net/RCA’s (analogue).
Any ideas on this, would be great to have the processor do all the D/A especially the Bit-One.
