it seems like you havent run imprint - if you havent you never ever did have the treble and bass controls - they only appear if you have run imprint - otherwise if you are manually setting you need to use the EQ to set your tonality

to run imprint you need the KTX100EQ kit - this givces you a small black box with a mic as well some software that you need to install in a computer (preferably a laptop) - you then hook all this tuff up together and you need to place the microphone on a tripod and position it in a few spots in your vehicle - this will then give you some settings that you can store in regards to EQ and T/A as well as crossover points corresponding to curves that will give you optimal settings according to the acoustics of your vehicle (or so the story goes)

if you dont run imprint you dont have treble and bass settings and need to use either the 5 band parametric or 7 band graphic EQ to adjust for those - if you do run imprint and have the multEQxt activated then you cant adjust the EQ or T/A nor the crossover settings and will get only treble and bass to compensate for poor recording quality
