Ported but I am looking on ebay, amazon and on here for one. So far I came across some Pioneer amps under 200 on those.

Can't say as I've seen any Pioneer amps with a proper subsonic filter for ported applications. Don't happen to know what the port tuning frequency is, or will be?

So $200ish is your budget?

Those subs like around 375 watts a piece. That seems to be the sweet spot. So look for a monoblock that puts out 750 watts at 2 ohms. You could always go bigger and use a multimeter to dial back the gain until your getting 750 watts. Check the classifieds section here. You can probably find a high quality amp that meets your budget. PM me, i have something that will work nicely.

I do not really understand the technical issues, but a week ago I bought JBL MS-A5001 on amazon, I was quite satisfied

I know you weren't really looking for a JL Amp but I would suggest a Slash 250/1 or 250/1v2. They can be found used all the time for less than $140 and they have plenty of power for a 10w3. It's really to bad they cut them from the Slash line up.
