Can All Crossover functions need be done at this headunit "Clarion CZ309" i.e. 3-way setup Wooffers, Mids, & Tweeters, acroos each channel/pair of rca's

It would also be a good idea to complie a list Of "Active" ready Hu' and their setup's I.E. 2,3,4-Way, and make this thread a sticky.

Have you used the search button a lot ? It's very picky and likes to delete words. If you are looking for a specefic subject or area of intrest it can be hard, not to metion the vast amouant of info to siff through. Would it not be easier to make a sticky and help the noobs and cut down on 2-3 post questions ?

Keep in mind that some of these units limit your ability to run a fader when "active". Not a problem to me, but some may want to tweak a rear set as well and the 9887 won't when in active.

Yes. If you want a double DIN and processor combo, it's hard to beat the Alpine W200/205/505 with the PXA-H701. Pioneer doesn't make a processor that is really comparable to the H701, Audison BitOne, 3Sixty.2, etc.

it depends if you like the F90BT so much, if so then that really the only option i see if you want to keep your F90BT

As I stated, that was an old list from and old thread. The 800PRS can do 3-way as it is the new generation of the 880.

The Clarion DXZ785USB can do active 2 way, 3 way, and a "normal" mode.

I have no problem selling it, I just want a DD nav that can do active. I have looked at the alpines but the nav isnt really up to par with the garmin of the kenwoods.

If thats the case I would do the DNX8120/7120 or whatever is comparable and add something like the Zapco DSP6, RF360.2, PPI DCX730, Alpine H701/C701, or Audison BitOne
