I had an installation/user error hooking up an arc 1200.6 amp. Emailed Gurmel who set me up an RMA. A few days later got an email from Brad who tested the amp, solved the problem and sent it back. Top notch service all around. These guys stand by their gear and are highly professional.
I've never needed their service, but was very pleased with my purchase of a NIB ARC KS2500.1 back in 2012. That thing is a beast. I would buy their equipment again no questions!
