Black Hole Tiles not sticking

I just installed 19 Black Hole Tiles in my passenger door. I wiped the inside of the door skin and foil side of the CLD with rubbing alcohol. I have had 3 tiles fall already. Anyone else experience this? Any recommendations?

Temperature and prep are king. I usually won't install anything with a tape unless it's over 70 degrees. I prep with Simple Green and then 3M Surface Adhesion Promoter. 3M 4298 Adhesion Promoter Tape Primer 4 fl oz / 118 mL Bottle 21200641961 | eBay
