bluetooth adapter

It seem's the bluetooth device built in my pioneer deh-80prs has given out and the cost to get it repaired is way to much. Anyone know a really good stealth bluetooth adapter that would go great with my samsung galaxy s9 plus phone.I would like to find one that that is simple enough. where all i need to do is turn on my car turn and the bluetooth will auto connect to my phone.
