I just ordered a new kenwood excelon with bluetooth and usb and 24Bit dac. Decided I need to get the phone out of wifes hands too since my kid is in that car most. What's the best cheap alternative? I got the excelon fairly cheap on ebay. Might have to order her one but she really just needs a simple deck or she can't figure it out and will *****

I'm selling a brand new Eclipse AVN-4430 that has Bluetooth... Not your cheapest option, but the uber user-friendly TomTom interface could make Hitler smile.

Sony has a nice cheap HU with built in BT: MEXBT2700.

Can be had on Amazon for $160. I've had no complaints with the sound of the handsfree, also does BT audio if she has a phone with a music player.
