I bought a Clarion DRZ9255 off of ebay and the seller is out of the Ukraine. Paypal does not offer a payment service to the Ukraine. Anybody ever use any service that protects the buyer successfully when dealing with a seller from the Ukraine?

ONLY way to do a purchase like that is a ESCROW service if seller will agree to it.

Are you sure you cannot use paypal for Ukraine? You should be able too.

It is hardliest the dodgiest country in the world.
