Can seone tell me a good budget rta setup to use with an android phone that does not have an aux input. Something that uses usb type c preferably. Although i do have an older laptop available. Looking for an entry level device.

Also can someone lead me in the direction of what rew is or does. I searched the play store but didnt come up with anything.

This will be used with a jl twk 88

I use Audio Tool on my Android phone. It's $7 and worth every penny. I am using the Dayton IMM-6 microphone, but that requires a 1/8" jack.

Audio Tool is just a phone app. For a laptop, you need REW.

REW, in my opinion. It's a complete package for tuning while the phone app is just for measurements.

I import my Audio Tool measurements into REW to set up my EQ.
