Hi guys, my kicker resolution crossovers have these bulbs in them, 2 bulbs in them.
I'm assuming 1 is for the tweeter and 1 is for the midrange ?
Is it still possible to blow a tweeter though with these crossovers ?

Also what should I have the tweeter attenuation set at ?

Both of the bulbs are in parallel for the tweeter. The mid does not use a bulb for protection. Basically, the bulbs are in line with the tweeter and as current goes up, they illuminate and add resistance in series with the tweeter to protect it.

The attenuation setting is dependent on the install. The tweeters are more efficient than the mids so the attenuation is there to help it blend with the mid. In your install, the mids are low in the door and the tweeters are high on the door, closer to the listener. I would start by using maximum attenuation first (6dB on those crossovers). Listen to some music for a bit, or use an RTA, then lower the attenuation (4.5dB, 3.0dB, etc.) one click at a time until the tweeter level matches the mid level. I anticipate you'll end up in the ball park of 4.5 for the driver side and 3.0 on the passenger side.
