I presented a similar question in another thread, but there were a lot of topics in the same thread and it was probably too much, so I'm breaking it up.

I've been comparing how different subs would perform in a sealed box with a volume of about 0.6 ft^3, trying to come up with a sub that gets as close to .707 Qtc as possible with as low of an F3 as possible.

The comparison is attached.

I'm wondering how relatively important each of these specs are, and if there are any other important specs to consider (except for price, of course). For example, perhaps F3 is a little less important than Qtc because cabin gain could provide a little help below F3?

I've read a few recommendations that the Dayton HO is more suitable for small enclosures than the Dayton HF, but it seems to want a REALLY small enclosure. Looking at the numbers at 0.6 ft^3, it looks like the Dayton HF is the better choice. The Scan Speak looks like it has the best specs of the bunch, but I'm not sure if I can justify the extra price over the Dayton!

Any other subs to consider, or any other important specs to pay attention to?

What actual size sub are you looking for? And what are you trying to get out of it?

10" sub.

It will be going in a 2000 Toyota Tacoma XtraCab. My first priority is SQ and accurate reproduction.

It will most likely be seeing 350 watts RMS from two bridged channels of an ARC KS 300.4, unless there's a compelling reason to go another route.
