All prices include shipping. Only trade would be for a nice set of dome mids (Dynaudio,DLS, Morel) or a Sundown 100.4

AVI LXD-160 6.5 woofers. One of my favorite mid-bass. This set is NIB with grills. Specs are at avisound.com the newer models have a different basket but everything else is the same. They will play cleanly down to mid 40hz range.$125pr

MB Quart PWD-254 D4 10"s. One of the best SQ subs you will find. Shallow depth under 5". Work best in a .5 sealed box. 300-750W, 3"coil. The logo is embroidered in the carbon fiber dust cap. $SOLDpr

Veritas/ID horn combo. This is the ultamit SQ horn set-up. Veritas cast alum horn bodies and Image Dynamics CD2 compression drivers. Horns have been damped. They could use a touch up paint job. The horn is a 2-piece design and the throat can be unbolted and flipped. This puts the driver under the horn to help mounting if space is a issue. Horn mouth is 17.5"x 3.25". Diaprhams have been replaced in the last 6 months. $225pr

Also to answer a question. The Mb's have carbon fiber cones. They look to be a wet lay cone. Means they saturated the carbon fiber, pressed it in a mold, vacuum sealed it to remove any air, and than baked it. The ridges are molded in to add strength. Makes for a extremely light and stiff cone.

Im running the new style LXD-160s in my car and I say you cant go wrong with these especially at this price.
The Dustcap on the new style is inverted so im guessing that these would play midrange alot better than the ones I have.
Kickass midbass none the less.

Thanks AVI is a truly overlooked company. Never heard a person not like them. Just not enough people have the chance too hear them. Their retail price is a bit much also.

From what I understand they pulled out of the US for a few years then within the last 3 or so decided to start selling here again. My installer buddy is good friends with the US distributer for AVI and after he heard my car at my buddies shop decided to use my car in the AVI booth for SEMA '07
So yeah Im a fan of AVI and this was well before they decided to use my car.

Ive had so many different sets of drivers in my cars over the years but ive been happiest so far with the AVIs, specifically the MXD-100s
Im currently running the LXD-160s in the door the MXD-100s and a set of there 1" soft domes (model number slipped my mind) in custom dash pods that I just finished building. Which I may be redoing since I think I jacked up the angles haha
Sorry to jack the thread but here is a pic of one of the pods in my '06 scion Xb
