Hey guys,
I currently have a Mosconi AS300.2 two channel amp powering two Arc Audio Black 12 subs (dual 2 ohm version) and just wondering if it's ok to configure each sub to 1 ohm and power each sub with its own channel off the Mosconi amp instead of bridging the amp for a total load of 2 ohms?
Looking at the specifications it looks like it's ok to use a 1 ohm load per channel but wondering if it's better to just bridge the amp and configure the subs to give a total load of 2 ohms?
Thanks guys
I also found this on a particular website stating that the AS300.2 can pump out 1000w rms per channel when each channel is connected to a 1 ohm load. Whether or not it's true...I'm not sure
