I’ve only done a few audio installs and haven’t been able to search for the answer I’m looking for though I “think” I know how to accomplish it.

I have an overseas android tablet-style headunit in my vehicle. It lacks a Sirius input and CD player (yeah I’m old school). And I have a Sirius tuner setup with a lifetime subscription and want to continue to utilize it.

What I want to do is install a secondary single din stereo and connect it as essentially a secondary device to the main android unit via and audio out from the single din, to an AUX-in on the android unit.

Can I just use the RCA out of the 2 front channels from the single din, and run those outputs to the android unit input? The android unit already had 2 female RCAs as the “aux” in.

Thanks!

Yes that should work just fine, might be a hassle though needing to adjust two different units when you want to listen to Sirius etc.
