*EVERYTHING SOLD*

I was in a traffic altercation earlier this week , I caught up with the guy and he turned out to be an off duty cop... he called a deputy out, I now have reckless driving charge. Hearing is in 2 months. Everyone I talked to said if I plead guilty I almost can be guaranteed jailtime. I don't trust myself to a public defender, so I had no choice but to hire an attorney. Need $2000 by Nov. 1st to pay my attorney so he will have time to prepare the case. Must sell entire system. Very, very, very pissed off. Prices include shipping, and are FIRM. I DO NOT want to sell any of this and I am not going to let it go for cheap, plus the prices are already reasonable.

All pieces are in mint to excellent condition.

*SOLD*Zapco studio 150 w/test sheets(x2) $180 each.*SOLD*(sorry trike)

Wiring:

Monster XLN401 4 channel RCA small tear in cable boot on one end, does not effect performance in any way... 16ft $25

Monster XLN201 2 channel RCA 12ft $15

~16ft stinger 4ga red power cable $15

Stinger gold fuseholder for AN fuse $15

Stinger gold dist. block 1 4ga to 4 8ga $10

As I said, the prices are firm, I need to sell ASAP so if you want something let me know, don't waffle around on it, I am aggresively trying to sell everything I own, including things not car stereo related on other forums and on ebay. As soon as I have $2000, whatever is left I keep in case additional legal fees arise. Shipping will be handled via UPS ground insured, if you have a different preference, additional cost may be incurred as I ship through my UPS account at work. If you would like to uprade shipping to UPS 2day or such, contact me and I will let you know the exact price.

I have great feedback... there are too many items to post photos of everything but they will be given upon request.

In my area the judges are merciless, and the Public Defenders are dangerously overloaded. The attorney I picked has been in business in my home town since 1976, and hasn't had to skip town or change his name AFAIK, so he must be doing something right. :p I interviewed 8 different attorneys for about an hour each, and he was amongst the top three most expensive and seemed to have the best chance of helping me out on the case... he has a history of success in traffic cases. I could have gone with one for $1500, or even $1000, but being that I have a possible 90 days of lost wages on the line if I go to jail a cheap attorney could end up costing me over $5000.

edit: Oh, and I forgot, with an attorney I don't have to waste my time in court for four or five appearances, when I hire an attorney he does that for me.

CA, fine $390-1000, jail 7-90 days, 2 points on license, Insurance rates affected for up to 3 years, misdemeanor permanent on record for life, trouble getting gov't security clearances and driving permits(I work for a defense contractor). I hate to have to spend this much money on what should just be a stupid little ticket, but I can't take even a small chance...

if you don't have any previous criminal charges you should be able to get it dismissed on court costs. I got caught riding a wheelie down the highway on my bike and got a reckless driving charge. luckily one of my distant cousins which is the age of my grandfather is a lawyer. He was able to talk to the prosecutor and got it dismissed on court costs. only had to pay $200. lucky me.

Thanks for the advice, I'll ask my attorney about that...
