Automotive tire Tire Tread Motor vehicle Bicycle part

I broke down and had a professional make me new speaker adapters for my dash and doors. These replaced my DIY MDF adapters that weren’t holding up well. Not only did DeLander get every bit of information needed to house my GB25’s and GS8ND2’s properly, he also included mounting hardware. Everything fit to perfection. I will absolutely call on him again if/when I change vehicles or speakers.

Also agree DeLander is very solid guy who knows what he is doing. He created some nice brackets for my Chevy Colorado front doors, that converted the stock 6x9 to fit GB60's. They fit perfect, looked professionally crafted, and even came with a bag of nuts&bolts.

How do the GS8’s sound in comparison to the GB60s?
I've never used or heard the GS8's.. so I can not give a comparison answer. I do LOVE the GB60's... I have them Crossed at 80-300, and they are fantastic. Pushing 125 watts per channel to them.

Right. But it looks like the OP has GS8s in their door now. I was hoping they would respond. I have my 60s crossed the same as you and think they do a fine job. I’m working to get them a bit better hopefully and may wedge some 8s under the seats. We’ll see.

Sorry... I didnt mean to butt-in there... I was not sure if your question was to me or to the OP...

I have a colorado too, and I've been looking to maybe add a 4" into my upper front doors... something that will play
150hz to around 400hz. I have terrible Nulls in my front door mid-base, Left side at 158hz, Right side at 210hz. Thinking a 4" in upper doors that would play those freq's up to my mid-range in the Dash could really improve things...

No worries. I’ve been silently stalking you because I think you are the only other one with a Colorado, lol. Curious to see how that 4” works.
