Ok, I'm really new at this. I've never had anything more than an aftermarket HU before. But, I'm planning on purchasing a whole system soon, and this is my latest idea. It's going to go into a 2003 civic coupe. I listen to rock almost entirely; no rap. I currently have a pioneer DEH-P3800MP HU to power the system. Everything else is stock. So here's what I'm thinking:

Sub: DIYMA R12 in a 0.5 cu.ft. sealed enclosure. - recommended 500-1000W @ 4Ohm
Comps: CDT CL60 (6.5" convertible to coax) - handles up to 130W
Amp: MB Quart DSC4125 - [email protected] + [email protected]

I'm pretty set on the sub, somewhat confident about the Comps and I have no idea about the amp.

Do you see any problems with this setup?

Thanks for all of your advice in advance!

that's one of the advantages of the DIYMA: small box size. I think I read that you can go down to 0.3 cu. ft.
