I have a Kenwood Excelon X4R amp that I want to use for my Pioneer TS-C720PRS. TO say I am confused about how to setup the Amp's crossovers would be an understatement.

What is LPF, HPF and for which speaker do I make which setting?

Here is the amp manual: http://www.kenwoodusa.com/UserFiles/...ls/KAC-X4R.pdf

I've read somewhere that I may need to "loop" an output and set the line out crossover in order to get it to do exactly what I want.

I have a Line Level converter into one X4R that is bridged running 2 Kicker CVR8's. What should I be doing with the crossover there? High pass at some frequency since they are woofers right?

From there I am running the line out pass-through into another X4R running my Pioneer's. Here is where I don't know what I am doing. I think I want to cross them over at about 2Khz, but what "terminology" do I use to accomplish this in the amp settings? What slope?

I'll get into time alignment later! :p

Thanks in advance for helping a newbie
