Fiberglass Spare Tire Enclosure

I'm preparing to build a fiberglass spare tire enclosure in my car and have a quick question. I've already deadened the area with dampener, CCF & MLV. Would it make more sense to remove the CCF & MLV for a better fit or leave it in?

Leave it in there.
