Fell in love with this amp when I first saw it. Size, power and Zed design. Had to have it.
I won't get into too much detail since I don't have enough time with it yet, but I will say it sounds fantastic and makes a ton of clean power. Just wanted to share a little "clamp" test I did really quickly on the sub channels.
The AMM-1 accounts for phase angle so this is real power (as opposed to apparent) and only measures up to clipping.
Channels 5+6 bridged to 2 ohms at my resonance.
Not too shabby at 12 ohms reactive.

It's just gorgeous.

Super easy to integrate too. Soldered my speaker wire from the factory HU into RCA and plugged 'er up. Signal sensing means no remote in needed either. Choice of 2, 4 or 6 channel input and bandpass crossovers on 3+4 & 5+6.
I spoke to Mr. Mantz about the amp and why it's since been discontinued. He said people kept breaking off the set screw terminals? How you do that, I'm not sure, but he had to make the board larger to beef those up and while he was in there was going to upgrade some other bits. So keep an eye out for the new and improved model, I suppose.
