What kind of power can these bad boys hold? Specs say 40w rms but that is nonsense... maybe without a crossover, sure... but properly crossed and appropriate gain setting, I assume they would be fine with 100-150, right?

Yes, I won't be scared to give it 100-200 wrms. Just watch the gains.

I was planning to used them on a brax 2 way up dash board with SLS in the doors, but kind of useless in my loud mustang GT, and wanted to keep it simple.
