IMO, it sounds pleasant. Musical, not too warm and noticable, and blends well... but then again.. i have 10" midbass. It efficient too. I only have 250w on the sub.

Very similar to the Q, but a bit more tamed. The IDmax is a tad more transparent/dry than this IB3
