I have a Genesis DM200 (Dual Mono) amplifier and I’m debating whether I should keep it. I been trying to research some information about the amp; unfortunately, I haven’t found any helpful information. Does anyone know anything about the quality of this amp? Sound Quality? Overall reputation? How it compares to the newer series III Genesis amps? Does it have any long term value? I have a Genesis DMX, so this amp may go to the selling block. Thanks.

I've never heard them. You don't see them much here in the US. Welcome to Genesis I also know Morel America is the current US distributer...so they can't be all that bad!

You know the quality of Series III amps, there's no reason to believe this one is any different. Genesis is one of the most beloved brands out there. They are generally known for having a warm, dynamic tone. They borrowed from early Soundstream designs, but that's definitely not a bad thing. It's a classic amp and worth a good bit of money.
