Hey all, I got some tweeter pods made from the German eBay seller and the ball joints/swivel has worn in to the point that it no longer sticks in one place and the tweeters are falling down and moving all over the place. Does anyone have experience with a glue to hold the swivel in place and thoughts on how to apply it best? Picture attached. B5EE6B66-8718-4A9A-B647-9BDF9D8F125F.jpeg

Usually you turn the nut to tighten and clamp the ball joint in place. While epoxy would work, you’re pretty much stuck with the angle at that point. If the nut is not tight enough, I might suggest finding a metal washer that you can put at the base of the nut that might then put enough pressure to mechanically hold the ball from moving. If the nut tightens but doesn’t hold, use blue (medium) Loctite To stop the nut from loosening.
