I want to purchase the gear for my corvette...I have looked on woofers etc, but am a little nervous about genuine goods from them.(I have heard a few stories) I would also like to hear some of the things I am considering first hand before buying.

We did an install on the first corvette ZR-1 In ct. It got delivered by flatbed from chevy. It was pretty sweet.

Every now and then I'll stop in to pirate radio in Vernon. Haven't been there in a while, but they've been there for a long time, and I've always gotten good service from them.

Clarion, Infinity, JBL, Stinger, Focal(????), MA Audio, Autotek....thats all I remember.

They used to do MB Quart and Soundstream....can't remember if they do now....it's been a few months since I've been in the shop.

we've got quite an array. jvc, pioneer, kenwood, rockford, focal, alpine, audison, hertz, and autotek, i might be forgetting something. Maybe we might have met, I used to work at Tweeter in Manchester, That was my shop. I miss it. lol. I worked for Pirate Radio in Vernon 5 years ago. In the corvette zr-1 we put in a lrx-6.9k, focal 165 kf, focal 6.5 polyglass can't remember the model, the jl stealth box and a pioneer screen. It was decent. I like that same guys other system better. It was in a brand new GL550 AMG we did hertz mlk2, and hsk165, and an hxs300d, the alpine pxe-h650 and again an lrx6.9k. that sounded pretty phenomenal.

Were you in the shop when you guys did that little convertible with the Focals and the Clarion DRZ 9255 HU?

We were all hanging after hours on a Saturday evening I believe.

ive only been at extreme since i think january sometime. not long at all. I was kind of resisting going back to work. I wanted to enjoy unemployment and lay around.

I might be interested in something fro audioson. I have no experiance with them, but hear they compete with MCintosh, etc...Do you hav any setups or vehicles at your shop that I might hear some in???
