My wife had Pandora on for our 1 year old while she was sleeping, and I discovered the child folk singer Elizabeth Mitchell. She has a cover of Bob Marley's song Three Little Birds that's just her, her husband, and her baby daughter singing it, each sitting at a different location. It sounds great, and the kid singing is just damn cute. Link:
