Hello all!
Just thought I'd stop by and say hello. I've been lurking around reading up on a few things before going ahead with a new install since it's been a while. (I'm going to show my age here...) My last installation included a Kicker 500si powering a pair of the original PPI 12" PRO flat piston subwoofers, and a pair of PPI Art Series amps pushing MB Quart 8"/4"/1" 3-way components with the ugly black-box crossovers.
The old-school Quarts and the 500si are relegated to closet duty these days, as kids have entered the picture and real estate in the car is premium. Nevertheless, I'm determined to put a little something together and have ordered some current PPI gear to get it started.
I look forward to learning what I can, and contributing when I can.
