i've heard 2 people comment about there midbass. the first guy said strong midbass and then the other guy on here that said they don't have any. whats your opinion?

what pioneer and alpine model would sound similar to these?Their so-so. Hertz is the flavor of the "month" speakers. Focals, Pioneer, Alpine etc have made speakers equal to them. Certainly didn't stop you in mid step and make you want to whip out your wallet to buy them. Now their 3 way 6x9's were pretty good. But I'm in the minority.
